In the early morning hours of February 8, 2026, a 26-year-old man, Jon Kross Perez, was fatally shot in San Antonio, Texas. The shooting occurred around 7 a.m. in the 1600 block of Rigsby Avenue, outside what police have described as an unpermitted after-hours club. Perez was found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead.
