Markise Kise Martin, a 25-year-old man, was killed in a mass shooting inside a downtown Oakland nightclub on March 7, 2026. The incident, which also resulted in the death of 33-year-old Latetia Bobo and injuries to five others, occurred at EZ's Lounge on 14th Street near Broadway.
