Billy Charles Allen Jr., 29, was a male from Abilene, Texas, whose life ended in violence on the morning of March 5, 2026. Just after 6 a.m., Abilene police were sent to a motel in the 3900 block of Ridgemont Drive in south Abilene after a report of a person injured in a shooting.
