In the early hours of March 5, 2026, the life of 26-year-old Shane Winston Brooks was tragically cut short in his Virginia Beach home. A graduate of Old Dominion University and a Staff Sergeant in the Virginia National Guard with a decade of service, including a tour in Iraq, Shane was a man known for his adventurous spirit and kind heart.
