In the early morning hours of March 3, 2026, the life of 47-year-old Russell Taylor, a Black male from North Little Rock, Arkansas, was tragically cut short. Police responded to reports of gunfire at the Foothills Apartments on Lakeview Road at approximately 6:26 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Taylor inside one of the apartments, suffering from a gunshot wound.
