In the early hours of March 2, 2026, a young life was tragically cut short in a southwest Houston apartment complex. Jose Luis Escobar Hernandez, a 21-year-old male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound at approximately 2:15 a.m. at 9707 South Gessner Road.
