On the evening of Sunday, March 1, 2026, a burst of violence in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles claimed the life of 31-year-old Dornell Crib. A Black male, Crib was the victim of a drive-by shooting that occurred at approximately 6:45 p.m. at 2245 W. 30th St. Following the shooting, he was rushed by paramedics to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
