In the spring of 2026, the life of 31-year-old Ciarra Howcott of Hopkins, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On Monday, April 13th, her body was discovered in a Columbia neighborhood. The initial discovery was deemed a suspicious death by the Columbia Police Department.
