On a quiet Sunday evening in the Jackson Hamlet community near Pinehurst, North Carolina, the lives of two men were tragically cut short. Antonio Jamal Brown, a 41-year-old man, was killed on March 29, 2026, in a double homicide that also claimed the life of 43-year-old Jamar Brooks Hailey of Aberdeen.
