In the early hours of Friday, March 27, 2026, the life of 17-year-old Jair Salinas was tragically cut short in the Montclare neighborhood on the Northwest Side of Chicago. The young man, identified as Hispanic, was discovered unresponsive on the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
