On the evening of April 26, 2026, in the city of Davison, Michigan, a domestic disturbance escalated into a fatal shooting, claiming the life of 34-year-old Carl Martell Calhoun. The male victim was discovered by police inside a residence on the 400 block of South Dayton Street with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
