Guerlin P. Caetano, a 20-year-old man, was shot in Vancouver, Washington, in the early morning hours of April 18, 2026. The shooting happened around 2:20 a.m. in a parking lot in the 11800 block of Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard, a commercial area in east Vancouver. Police were called there after a report that someone had been shot, and when officers arrived, they found Caetano suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital, but his injuries were later determined to be unsurvivable.
