Amador Vasquez, a 38-year-old Latino man from Los Angeles, was killed on the night of April 13, 2026, in Koreatown. The shooting was reported at about 8:40 p.m. near the intersection of Eighth Street and South Ardmore Avenue. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Olympic Division were sent to the area after reports of gunfire, and when they arrived, they found Vasquez wounded at the scene.
