Khadir Qur’an Duffin, a 21-year-old Black male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, died on April 13, 2026, after a shooting on the 200 block of Herr Street in Harrisburg. Online reporting said he was mortally wounded around 5:45 p.m. after being shot in the chest.
