In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in DeKalb County, Georgia, a tragedy unfolded that would end the life of 50-year-old Tywarn Jones. The initial call to authorities on April 7, 2026, came in at approximately 3:06 a.m., reporting a person shot on Interstate 285 southbound, near the Glenwood Road exit.
