In the spring of 2026, a shocking wave of violence devastated a north Tulsa neighborhood, culminating in the tragic death of 29-year-old Carlissa Harris on March 31st. Harris, who was pregnant at the time, was one of two victims shot and killed in a car. The other victim was 75-year-old Moesly Livingston, a ride-share driver.
