On the evening of July 2, 2026, the Westwood neighborhood of Cincinnati was disrupted by an act of violence that claimed the life of 35-year-old Anthony Mincey. Cincinnati Police Department officers from District Three were dispatched to the 2800 block of Harrison Avenue at approximately 9:00 PM following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male victim, later identified as Mincey, suffering from gunshot wounds.
