On a summer evening in Cincinnati, Ohio, the life of 39-year-old Juawaun Booker was tragically cut short. On June 27, 2026, gun violence erupted in the parking lot of the Cheviot Elks Lodge, a suburban community just west of the city. The shooting, which occurred around 5:40 p.m. on Glenmore Avenue, resulted in a chaotic scene and left three people with gunshot wounds.
