On a summer evening in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of 25-year-old Emmanuel Larrieux was tragically cut short. On June 26, 2026, police responded to reports of a disturbance and the sound of gunfire in the 3200 block of East Seventh Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Larrieux in the driveway of a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate medical aid rendered by officers until emergency services arrived, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Larrieux was a Black male. ...
