Erick Travell Marquize Holman, a 37-year-old man, died on August 2, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina, following a tragic series of events that began with an act of kindness. Known to friends as a spoken-word artist, rapper, and poet, Holman had a reputation for being a kind and generous person.
