In the late afternoon of a summer day in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, a quiet neighborhood was disrupted by the sounds of gunshots and a subsequent crash. On July 28, 2026, first responders were called to West Barivista Drive around 3:30 p.m. for a report of a vehicle that had struck a building.
