In the early morning hours of July 24, 2026, a grim discovery was made in the parking lot of Constitution Lakes Park in DeKalb County, Georgia. Responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 5:45 a.m., police arrived to find two men who had been fatally shot. The victims were identified as 27-year-old Andres Valtazar and 23-year-old Tomas Pascual Cano.
