In the quiet, early morning hours of July 14, 2026, the life of 50-year-old Athena O. Wells was tragically cut short in a Spokane, Washington apartment. A single gunshot to the torso ended her life, leaving behind a scene of confusion and a developing investigation that would grapple with conflicting accounts of her final moments.
