On a summer afternoon in Alexandria, Louisiana, the life of a dedicated lawman was tragically cut short. Deputy U.S. Marshal Michael Andrew "Drew" Hanson, a 36-year-old male, was a member of the Western District of Louisiana Fugitive Task Force.
