In the early morning hours of September 21, 2026, a sense of tragedy befell a Baton Rouge community. What was initially thought to be a devastating traffic accident soon unraveled into a heartbreaking homicide investigation. Kelvin Jackson, a 17-year-old male, was discovered lying on Bardwell Street, having been struck by a vehicle.
