In the late hours of a Saturday night in Oklahoma City, the life of 58-year-old Harold Stanley, a Black male, was brought to a tragic and unexpected end. On September 19, 2026, while asleep in his own apartment, Stanley was fatally shot. The incident occurred at the Almonte Apartments in the 5900 block of South May Avenue, creating a scene of confusion and sorrow that would soon ripple through the community.
