In the early morning hours of September 12, 2026, a gathering of friends at Tom Lea Upper Park in El Paso, Texas, took a tragic and violent turn. Among those present was 20-year-old Francisco Javier Ignacio. The park, located on Rim Road, was a scene of socializing where several people had been drinking.
