In the early hours of Saturday, September 12, 2026, the life of 31-year-old LaJames Smith of Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short in a brazen act of violence. The incident unfolded in the 6500 block of Mansfield Road, where Smith and a companion, 26-year-old David Young, were traveling in a vehicle.
