In the early hours of a Saturday morning, the life of William Anderson IV, a 24-year-old man from Columbia, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On September 12, 2026, the sound of gunfire shattered the pre-dawn quiet in the vicinity of the Colony Apartments on Bailey Street.
