In the late afternoon of September 9, 2026, the life of 23-year-old Steven Medina was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Long Beach, California. The incident occurred around 3:25 p.m. in the vicinity of 21st Street and Cerritos Avenue. Officers from the Long Beach Police Department were dispatched to the scene following reports of the shooting.
