In the early morning hours of September 5, 2026, the life of 31-year-old Elliot Rukwan Butler was tragically cut short in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responding to a call for medical assistance shortly before 3 a.m. in the Steele Creek Division, police officers made a grim discovery at the 1900 block of Mereview Court.
