On a late summer morning in Cleveland, Ohio, the life of 47-year-old Roberta Cicic was tragically cut short in an act of violence. On Saturday, September 5, 2026, at approximately 8:49 a.m., police and emergency services were dispatched to the 2900 block of East 61st Street on the city's east side following a report of a shooting.
