On a late summer evening in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the life of 55-year-old Raul A. Torres-Santiago was tragically cut short. On Saturday, August 29, 2026, Torres-Santiago was shot multiple times in the area of lower East Main Street. Following the shooting, he was transported by a private vehicle to the emergency room of Bridgeport Hospital.
