On November 1, 1983, Heather Dean, an eighteen-month-old child, tragically lost her life in Columbus, Ohio. Heather was found at the bottom of the steps leading up to her home located at 2013 1/2 Sullivant Avenue, Columbus. She had suffered serious head injuries and was immediately transported to Children's Hospital, where she later died as a result of those injuries.
