On April 1, 1968, William Cassidy, aged 41, his wife Ann, 37, and their 12-year-old daughter Patricia were victims of a tragic homicide at their home in Milan, Ohio. The couple was shot while sleeping, and their daughter was beaten. Their 17-year-old son returned home to find his family dead, which led to an intense but ultimately inconclusive investigation.
