Byran Serrano-Torres, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, was shot and killed in Philadelphia on July 21, 2016. The incident occurred in the early morning hours on the 2900 block of Mascher Street. At approximately 1:33 a.m., Philadelphia police officers responded to reports of the shooting. When they arrived, they were informed that Serrano-Torres had already been taken to Temple University Hospital Episcopal Campus by a private vehicle.
