On a summer evening in Philadelphia, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Twenty-two-year-old Clarence Young, a male resident of the 1500 block of West Olney Avenue, was found suffering from a gunshot wound on his own block on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene and he was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center in critical condition.
