Keith Woodard, a 19-year-old resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot on February 15, 2016. The incident took place on the 100 block of Waldorf Street, located in Pittsburgh's North Side. Police received reports of gunfire and, upon arrival, found Keith with multiple gunshot wounds.
