In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Philadelphia, tragedy struck on the 700 block of South 60th Street. On December 2, 2015, police were dispatched to the West Philadelphia neighborhood around 10:40 p.m. following a report of a person with a gun. Upon their arrival, they discovered a young man lying on the porch of a residence, the victim of a fatal shooting.
