In the early afternoon of Wednesday, September 2, 2015, a violent argument erupted on the 4700 block of Rorer Street in Philadelphia, shattering the midday calm. During the dispute, 24-year-old Abdullah Pasha Ibn, a Black male, was shot. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at 1:00 p.m. to find Abdullah lying wounded in the street.
