Leonardo Dabney, a 30-year-old resident of Philadelphia, died on September 2, 2015, from complications related to a gunshot wound he sustained nearly two years earlier. On November 11, 2013, police responded to a call on the 4700 block of Griscom Street and found Dabney suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
