In the early morning hours of Monday, June 22, 2015, a 21-year-old man named Marquan McDaniels was found shot to death in the Frankford neighborhood of Philadelphia. The incident occurred at approximately 1:19 a.m. on the 1700 block of Scattergood Street, an area known for drug activity and violence.
