In the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, a Sunday afternoon turned tragic for 25-year-old Christina Figueroa. On February 12, 2012, at approximately 4:16 p.m., at the intersection of Ruth and Orleans streets, Christina was shot in the forehead.
