In the early morning hours of Saturday, July 12, 2008, the life of 36-year-old Anthony Oliver, a male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. The grim discovery was made by an off-duty police officer who witnessed a vehicle traveling the wrong way on North 11th Street in North Philadelphia. From that car, Oliver's body was pushed out onto the street.
