On June 11, 2020, Aseal Iysheh, 24, was fatally shot in the parking lot of BJ’s Food Mart on Magnolia Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when Aseal was reportedly leaving the store. She had earlier texted her sister, mentioning that she was hungry, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
