On the evening of Tuesday, July 28, 2015, in Nashville, TN, officers were dispatched to the apartment of Patrick Tyler Burdine after reports of gunfire in the area. Just after 10:30 p.m., upon entering his residence at 4601 Packard Dr., H191, they found the 28-year-old male had been shot multiple times. Mr. Burdine succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
