On a Sunday evening in May of 2013, gunfire shattered the peace at the Woodbridge apartment complex on Ketchum Road in Memphis, Tennessee. When the chaos subsided, 18-year-old Brandon Chaffin, a male, was found suffering from gunshot wounds along with two other individuals.
