William Tisdell, a 29-year-old male, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2016, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot during an altercation that took place in the Acres Homes neighborhood. Tisdell and two other men were visiting friends at the Garden City Apartments when an argument erupted.
