On June 6, 1976, the body of 14-year-old Tatiana "Tanya" Blackwell was discovered in a wooded area off Sharp Park Road in Pacifica, California. She had been missing since January 24, 1976, when she left her home to visit a nearby 7-Eleven store. Her family initially hoped she had run away, but her disappearance took a tragic turn when her body was found months later.
