On May 29, 2013, Adam Sandoval, an 18-year-old from Houston, Texas, was fatally shot in an incident that occurred at around 3:15 p.m. Sandoval was inside a van parked in front of an apartment complex along Cedar Post Lane in northwest Houston when two individuals approached him.
